Mozzarella Cheese, shredded ¾ cup
Cheddar Cheese, shredded ¾ cup
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add Vegetables: Add the chopped bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
Add Garlic and Seasonings: Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
