At 6-foot-3, Donald Trump is one of the tallest presidents in American history, falling short to only two other commanders-in-chief: Lyndon Johnson at 6-foot-3.5 (36th president), and the 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, who was 6-foot-4.
Given Trump’s massive stature, it’s not surprising that his children are also very tall, with baby Barron eclipsing the entire family in height.
Barron, the only child Trump shares with Melania, was born on March 20, 2006, and is the youngest brother, by many years, to Donald Jr. (46), Ivanka (42), Eric (40), and Tiffany (30), who’s the shortest of the family at 5-foot-8. In 2021, when Barron was only 15, he towered over his father and his mom, who’s 5-foot-11.
“Barron is 6-foot-7, can you believe it? And he’s 15,” Trump then said. “Eric is short – he’s only 6-foot-6,” he joked of Eric, who was outgrown by his baby brother.
Years later, the doting father gushed over his youngest son, who started his freshman year at New York University in 2024.
“He’s a very high aptitude child, but he’s no longer a child. He’s just passed into something beyond child-dom. He’s doing great,” Trump told the Daily Mail. “He was accepted to a lot of colleges…He’s a very smart guy, and he’ll be going to Stern, the business school, which is a great school at NYU.”
Steals the spotlight
On November 6, after casting his very first vote in favor of his dad, Barron stood on stage with his family at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, watching Trump soak up the applause for his victory over the democrats.
The camera-shy Barron was not regularly seen with his father’s side as he rallied across the country, so images of the now grown man – who’s heads above his parents – were jarring.
