Previous Post: Every day, a woman bought 60 kilos of beef… But when the police discovered what he needed so much meat for, everyone was petrified… Lidia entered the butcher shop as soon as they opened and asked sixty kilos of beef to weigh. Ovidiu stood still with the knife in his hand. The old woman had always led a modest life and until then only bought small cuts of meat. Now, instead, he counted old bills with trembling hands and rushed the heavy packages. He said his son had come to visit and that there would be a great family meal. But that same night, Ovidiu learned that the woman’s son had died several years ago. The next morning, the woman came back and bought sixty kilos of meat again. Then once more. She avoided any conversation, refused all help, and always looked over her shoulder, as if someone were following her. The news spread quickly through the village. Some thought he fed stray dogs. Others said he was selling the meat in secret. But no one could explain why he loaded the packages to an abandoned ship on the edge of the forest. On the fourth day, Ovidiu called the police. When officers arrived, they found traces of blood on the cement floor, broken bags and a metal door closed from inside. Lydia was there, pale, with her hands stained and her eyes full of fear. “Please,” he whispered. Don’t go in. That made everyone stay even more still. The police forced the door. The smell was heavy, wet, almost unbearable. They took a few steps in the darkness, illuminated the interior… …and they were left speechless.

  • My 18-year-old daughter died giving birth to her son, and for the next ten years I raised him alone without ever knowing who his father was. Then one afternoon, I found a strange woman standing at my daughter’s grave. She handed me a sealed envelope with my name written in my daughter’s handwriting and whispered: “I made her a promise. It’s finally time for you to know the truth.” When my daughter first told me she was pregnant, she had barely turned eighteen. I asked about the father more times than I can remember. “Who is he?” “Does he know?” “Is he going to help you?” But every time, she gave me the same answer. “Mom, please. I can handle this myself.” She refused to tell me his name. She wouldn’t even tell me whether he knew she was expecting. Then the day she went into labor, everything changed. There were complications. I sat in the hospital waiting room praying that both my daughter and grandson would be okay. Then a doctor walked toward me. The expression on his face told me something was terribly wrong before he even spoke. “I’m so sorry,” he said quietly. “We did everything we could.” I stared at him. “The baby?” “He survived.” Then he said something I would never forget. “He’s going to need you.” My daughter never came home. My grandson did. From that day forward, it was just the two of us. I raised him like my own son. He grew into a sweet, curious boy who loved baseball, Sunday morning pancakes, and asking endless questions. But there was one question I dreaded more than any other. “Grandma, who was my dad?” Every time, I had to give him the same painful answer. “I don’t know, sweetheart.” And it was true. For ten years, I had absolutely no idea. Then one afternoon, we went to visit my daughter’s grave. My grandson had made her a card, but halfway across the cemetery, he suddenly stopped. “I left it in the car!” He ran back to get it. That was when I noticed someone standing beside my daughter’s headstone. A woman. I had never seen her before. She was staring down at the grave as if she knew exactly who was buried there. I walked toward her. “Excuse me… did you know my daughter?” She turned around. The moment she saw me, her expression changed. “You’re her mother.” A chill went through me. “Who are you?” She glanced toward the parking lot where my grandson had disappeared. Then she slowly reached into her purse. “I made your daughter a promise,” she said. “What promise?” Her eyes filled with tears. “I was supposed to tell you the truth years ago.” She paused. “But I couldn’t.” Then she pulled out a sealed envelope. My heart nearly stopped. Across the front was my name. And I recognized the handwriting immediately. It belonged to my daughter. My hands started shaking. “How do you have this?” The woman placed the envelope in my hands. Then she looked toward my grandson, who was beginning to walk back toward us. “You need to read it before he gets here.” I stared at her. “What is this about?” She took a breath and quietly said: “His father.” Type KEYS and I’ll continue. 👇 The next part is in the comments below.
