There are two foolproof ways to achieve bacon bliss: baking it in the oven or using a microwave with parchment paper. Both techniques allow the fat to render evenly, so the bacon crisps up without burning, and you won’t have to stand over a hot skillet flipping slices. Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
